Privacy notice (KVKK)

In accordance with art. 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), we provide the following information as data controller.

Data processed

Name, e-mail, phone, building/flat details, message content and optional photos submitted via our forms; for security, a one-way hashed IP address and time of submission.

Purposes

Answering quote and information requests, handling fault reports, concluding and performing management contracts, meeting legal obligations and preventing form abuse.

Legal grounds

Necessity for concluding or performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Where required for your request, data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail providers and to technical service partners; and to public authorities where legally required.

Retention

If no contract is concluded, at most 2 years after your request is closed; within a contract, for the statutory retention periods. Afterwards data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object and claim compensation. Send requests in writing to our address or to info@hermessgyo.com.
