Since 2010 we have managed buildings, residential complexes and office blocks in Denizli as an external professional manager.
In apartment buildings and residential complexes, many people share the common areas. Keeping them in order takes rules, a budget and a manager who applies those rules impartially. Since 2010, Hermess Property Management has been the appointed external manager of buildings, residential complexes, office blocks and apartment houses in and around Denizli.
Owners and tenants who don't know their legal rights, and contracts that are drawn up incompletely, are what strain neighbourly relations most. Together with our financial and legal advisers we take these responsibilities off your hands and resolve issues within the legal framework.
